The Challenge
To transform a 2000 sq. ft. canvas into a fully realized, modern IT hub. The core challenge was to provide pre-construction visualization for their IT hub, bridging the gap between the client’s abstract business vision and a concrete, photorealistic visual that would secure stakeholder buy-in and guide implementation.
Our Objective
Our primary objective was to provide Luminous IT Hub with a high-fidelity 3d rendering for their commercial interior design, serving as a definitive blueprint for their new office concept. This involved creating a complete 3D office walkthrough animation and accurately depicting the spatial layout and material finishes to guide the construction process for a scalable training center model.
The Solution
Axisology delivered a comprehensive suite of photorealistic Lumion rendering for the office space, bringing the interior design concept to life. Our structured workflow began with strategic space planning and CAD design in AutoCAD, followed by a 2D to 3D floor plan conversion. We then moved to meticulous 3D modeling in SketchUp and culminated in an immersive, high-fidelity animated walkthrough rendered in Lumion. This CAD to 3D visualization service provided a clear and tangible representation of the proposed environment, enabling confident approval for their expansion plan.

The reception area was designed as the central hub that establishes the Luminous brand identity. Strategically placed frosted glass partitions offer visitors immediate, dynamic glimpses into the active classrooms, showcasing the facility’s purpose from the moment of entry. Every element, from the custom desk to integrated brand messaging, was visualized to create a cohesive, professional, and transparent atmosphere.

A successful training center requires more than just classrooms. We designed a complete learning ecosystem to support the entire student journey. Our visualization detailed a portfolio of tailored environments: formal classrooms for instruction, collaborative labs for hands-on projects, a dedicated counseling room for personalized student guidance, and a private lounge for mentors to prepare and work. This holistic approach ensures every user’s needs are met.
